Officials said that the commencement of the study and design of the 100-kilometer section will serve as the basis for the implementation of the overall project of the Galkacyo-Hobyo road, which is 260 kilometers long.
According to the signed contract, KKATT Consult Limited has been assigned to carry out technical studies, preliminary and detailed designs, environmental and social impact assessments, and preparation of tender documents for the Galkacyo-Ceelguula section.
