The Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Information of the Federal Government of Somalia, Abdirahman Yusuf Al-Addala, who held a press conference in Mogadishu today, strongly condemned the actions that he pointed out are against the Unity and Independence of Somalia, which is being carried out by Ethiopia in the country.
Minister Al-Cadaala said that they are closely monitoring Ethiopia’s illegal actions in the country, and that it wants to create problems among the Somali people.
“According to Ethiopia, it has illegally imported weapons into areas of the states of Puntland and Galmudug, and it has also gathered militias in Ethiopia that it took from Hirshabelle, with the intention of using these militias for its interests in a wide area. “said Deputy Minister of Information Abdirahman Alcadala.
He also mentioned to Minister Alcadala that the government of Somalia will take every step to ensure the security of the country and prevent any invasion from the Ethiopian government.
“We are aware that Ethiopia has landed two planes belonging to the Ethiopian Airlines company in Kismayo city, which were carrying illegal weapons, and these planes have also taken Somali individuals who were part of the former administration of Jubbaland, with the intention of to help organize its invasion,” said Minister Alcadala.
Finally, the Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Information of Somalia has warned individuals who are leading the country against the government and independence of Somalia.
