“It is unfortunate that such a vehicle is passing through the streets of Mogadishu at such a time, even while traveling at high speed and then it overturns there. The governor of Banadir region also said that the responsibility for the accident will be taken by whoever allowed the truck to leave the main port of Mogadishu.
“The crime will be borne by the person who issued the permit before the time that the order was given,” said Governor Yusuf Madale.
