Hirshabelle administration president Ali Abdullahi Hussein Guudlawe issued a decree removing the governor of Hiraan region Abdullahi Ahmed Maalin Sufurow.
The circular issued by the office of Ali Guudlawe has named the new governor of Hiraan region as Muse Salad Wehliye.
The newly appointed governor of Hiran region Muse Salad Wehliye held the post of Minister of Aviation and Air in Hirshabele.
The resignation of the former governor of Hiran region, Abdullahi Sufurow, is coming, as last week the army and Hirshabelle authorities were expelled from Baledweyne city after a long-hour battle.
It is not known whether the appointment of the new governor will change the situation in the city of Baledweyne, which is currently under the control of the government forces that left Hiran State, which opposes the existence of Hirshabeelle.
