The Prime Minister of the Federal Government of Somalia, Hamse Abdi Barre, today appointed Kamaludin Dahir Hassan Gutale as the Permanent Secretary of the Prime Minister’s Office.
Hamse Abdi Barre also appointed Abdirisaq Ali Ibrahim as the Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Prime Minister’s Office.
The circular issued by the Office of Prime Minister Hamse also appointed Mahad Mohamed Omar as the Director of the Department of Protocol in the Office of the Prime Minister of Somalia.
The appointment of these new members coincides with the resignation of the Permanent Secretary of the Prime Minister’s Office this week.
However, the new Secretary of the Prime Minister’s Office, Kamaludin Dahir Hassan Gutale, was previously the National Security Advisor of the Somali Prime Minister’s Office.
