There are more reports of an attack last night by members of the Al-Shabaab group who killed a Nabadon named Abdi Hassan Muhidin in Deniile district of Mogadishu.
Members of the Al-Shabaab group attacked the residence of Nabadoka in the Deyniile district in Burdheere department at midnight last night.
Residents of the area said that the group attacked the peacekeeper’s residence and met with resistance from a security guard for the peacekeeper, who was later killed by the group.
An official of the Deniile district administration who spoke to the local media said that after the attack, the security forces of the district arrested two of the Al-Shabaab members who carried out the attack and another one who was dead.
However, it is not yet known officially the official reason behind the heavily armed Al-Shabaab group to attack Abdi Hassan, one of the most well-known peacekeepers in Deniile.
