The Somali National Intelligence and Security Forces, with the help of international friends, have carried out a planned operation to kill members of Al-Shabaab in Fidow area of Hiran region.
The operation was said to have killed 7 members of the Al-Shabaab group, three of whom were leaders of the Al-Shabaab organization.
The leaders of the operation were identified as Abdirahman Dheere, who is in charge of the group in charge of ambushes in the Middle Shabelle region. Abdirisaaq Musa Khalif, who was the deputy leader of extortion and the people’s mob, who they call Sakawad, was killed, as reported by the government media.
This operation was described as an airstrike that targeted a place where the group was gathering in Fiidow area, which is located on the border between the Middle Shabelle and Hiraan regions.
The forces of the Federal Government of Somalia, which are receiving air support from international friends, are carrying out such operations in most of the places where the Al-Shabaab group is located.
