Some of the people who were displaced by the floods of the Shabelle River in different areas of Baledweyne, the capital of Hiraan region, have started to return to the road.

Parts of Bundaweyn, Howlwadaag, Hawa Taako and Kooshin neighborhoods have been seen in the past few hours returning to traffic after many parts of Fulula’s water flooded.

These families who are returning to the transport have been displaced from their neighborhoods for more than a month, which are between the El-Jaalle neighborhood of the city’s airport and other areas under Baledweyne that are not flooded.

There are many injuries that have not yet gone back, whose neighborhoods sit in the water or stay there for a while.
