The President of the Federal Government of Somalia, Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, who is in the city of Dhusamareb, the capital of Galmudug, has announced that his government has prepared a plan to defeat the Al-Shabaab group.
President Hassan Sheikh said that the group could not be defeated in the military war alone, so his government has now established three important pillars to end the war against Al-Shabaab.
“The main reason why the war against Al-Shabaab was not moved was that the Somali government’s policy to fight against Al-Shabaab was not very clear and clear, so we found out that Al-Shabaab’s military war is not enough and it is necessary.
“There are other plans, while the military war is not stopped and is intensifying, we have launched a policy based on three pillars, which is to continue the military and engage in an ideological war with the group and the third pillar is the economic war,” said President Hassan Sheikh. Mahmoud.
The president noted that if the people make a decision, they can get everything they need, and he called on the Somali people to be there for the time when they will be freed from the Al-Shabaab group.
“They entered our religion, it doesn’t mean that they practice religion, but politically they saw people as vulnerable and can be provoked and extinguished from that place. President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud said.
He also pointed out to the president of the federal government that the districts of Eelbur and Galhareeri are the two districts that are left to complete the first phase of the war against the group, and the second phase will start immediately when those two districts are under control.
“We have come here to complete the first phase of the war, the remaining two districts of Galmudug-Khawarijta to fight, then the second phase will begin,” said President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud.
