Bihi said that the members of the rebellion and the elders who paid compensation for the soldiers killed by the rebellion are criminals and they will be pursued.
“The man who killed the national army, the man who paid for him is also a criminal, and he is being pursued. He will not be given a seat, it is my time to sit on it, he will not be found in the current government, I will fight against him. , I am proud of it,” said Bihi.
The government of Somaliland has already granted amnesty to members of the rebel group that killed more than 10 soldiers in an ambush on August 11, 2023, after traditional elders reached a solution to the election dispute.
Although he was forgiven and agreed on the act of the rebel, the president has mentioned several times that the members involved in the killing of the soldiers should be brought to court.
