The security forces of the Mudug regional administration seized a vehicle carrying supplies to the Al-Shabaab group and its drivers.
The truck carrying the supplies to Al-Shabaab that was captured was the type Somalis know as Nohada, and it was carrying light food and fuel to areas where Al-Shabaab is located.
The security forces caught the car and the men who were driving it and it was pointed out that they were heading to the areas of Dumaye and Dabalo in the South of Mudug region, and they were said to have left from the city of Galkayo.
The police command of the Mudug region said that investigations are being conducted on the car and the men driving it, and they will be brought before the relevant courts.
It is not the first time that the security forces of Mudug region have seized a supply vehicle from Al-Shabaab in some parts of the region.
