The company accused the Somali Civil Aviation Authority (SCAA) of appointing a company called NAV-PASS to take over the collection of flight fees.
Favori LLC stated that it strongly opposes the involvement of any third parties involved in the collection of travel fees, and underlined that airlines operating at Aden Abdulle International Airport are contractually obliged to direct all payments to Favori LLC.
“Payments to anyone other than Favori LLC will be considered invalid and may cause operational problems,” Favori said in a statement.
Favori LLC said it remains committed to providing airport services and ensuring compliance with existing legal agreements.
