SSC-Khatumo accused the federal government of Somalia that projects intended for SSC-Khatumo areas were transferred to Somaliland, which they said shows that the federal government still believes that SSC-Khatumo areas are Somaliland.

Deputy leader of SSC- Dr. Mohamed Sheine said, the federal government is required to distribute humanitarian projects in a fair manner, and look specifically at vulnerable areas such as SSC-Khatumo.

DR. Shiine said that it is unacceptable for the government to take the projects designated to be implemented in SSC to the city of Hargeisa.

“One of the surprising things is that the Somaliland projects are being implemented, where are they being implemented? It is not in the hands of the people who come to the country. Or do you want Somaliland to buy weapons and equipment to attack SSC-Khatumo in these projects,” said Dr. China.

The statement of the deputy leader of SSC-Khaatumo came as the federal government has allocated 60 million dollars for education.

The area where this project will be implemented, which will last for three years, is not SSC-Khatumo.
