The Banadir Regional Police, especially those operating in the Deyniile district of Mogadishu, have arrested a woman accused of killing her husband.
The police conducted an operation in the neighborhoods of the Dayniile district and arrested Fadumo Mohamed Osman, the woman accused of killing her husband.
The deceased who is said to have killed his wife has been identified as Hassan Mohamed Nur, who was described as having died from a serious injury sustained from a knife attack by his wife, according to a statement issued by the Banadir Regional Police Command.
The statement issued by the Banadir Regional Police Command also stated that security agencies are still investigating the official reasons behind the murder, and that the woman will be brought to justice.
However, incidents involving couples committing suicide have recently occurred in some regions of the country, and it is worth noting that some people accused of killing married couples are still in prison.
