Somali Police Spokesperson Abdifitah Aden, who held a press conference in Mogadishu today, said that a group of criminals who had previously been sentenced by courts but were released on parole have resumed acts of insecurity such as killing and looting the Somali people.

The spokesman pointed out that similar incidents occurred this morning after the morning prayer when the Somali Police Force arrested three suspects who stole mobile phones and other property from the Somali community while they were drunk and also fought over the division of the stolen property in the Hamar Jajab district of the Banadir region.

In the same Hamar Jajab district on the 9th of this month, the spokesman said that the suspects and the perpetrator of the murder were arrested and will soon be brought to justice and are being held in prisons run by the Police.

The Somali Police Spokesperson gave a press conference detailing the killing that took place yesterday in Hodan district in Waliyow Adde section, which he described as a brutal murder of the late Lieutenant Colonel Abdukadir Hussein Cigaal, who was arrested along with five suspects who are 100% suspected of being behind the murder of the deceased and even his body was burned to destroy evidence of the murder.

The Somali Police also arrested the murderer behind the murder of the deceased Feisal Abdullahi Takar and two people who assisted in the murder of the deceased, according to the Police Spokesperson Abdifitaah Aden.

Finally, he called on the public to find a safe place and to bring the person who committed the murder in Mogadishu to justice, while Avoiding the surrender of assets and bail for the murderer, he noted that seventy percent of those who oppose the killings in the city are those who have previously been in prison and have been released due to the social norms established by the people.
