The President of Hirshabelle State, Ali Guudlawe, who spoke today at the opening of the Hirshabelle Parliament session, said that MP Xadoole, one of the members of the House of the People, is a member who is causing problems for the Hirshabelle Administration.
Ali Guudlawe described as regrettable the hateful statements coming from MP Xadoole in which he publicly criticizes the Hirshabelle State, and accused him of being the only one among the 38 MPs elected from Hirshabelle, including those in the Upper House and the House of the People, who is working on the problems of Hirshabelle.
“You, on the day you were elected as a member of parliament, are talking to us about something special. I have something to say to MP Xadoole, who is older than you, your history is well known,” said Ali Guudlawe, the President of Hirshabelle.
He called on MP Xadoole to be ashamed of the tribe he sits in and the House of Representatives he belongs to, and described him as a MP who aspires to still set up checkpoints for the people of Hirshabelle.
“We will not accept checkpoints set up for people, it is a shame for us in Hirshabelle that the people say to us, we are standing at Osman Xadoole’s checkpoint, and I hope he will abandon the other things he is thinking, and he represents the religiously-minded areas of Balcad, Warshiikh and Raage Celle, and we will not accept anything wrong,” said President Ali Guudlawe.
The Hirshabelle President praised the people of Raage Celle District for defending themselves when MP Xadoole left the District in the middle of the night.
MP Haadoole has previously strongly attacked the Hirshabelle administration led by Ali Guudlawe, saying that his administration was not working and had settled with Hirshabelle, and that the fighting with Al-Shabaab was not ongoing.
