The Minister of Internal Affairs of the Federal Government of Somalia, Ali Yusuf Xhosh, strongly criticized the President of Puntland, Said Deni, for failing to lead his administration.
The Minister of Internal Affairs said that President Deni has been turning a blind eye to the threat of the terrorist war, especially Daesh, which has caused the Daesh group to gain power in areas of Puntland.
“It is the responsibility of the leadership of Puntland, as they were unable to seriously face the security problem in the region,” said Minister Ali Hoosh.
Minister Ali Khoosh called on the intellectuals and the people of Puntland to show awareness and understand the current direction of the Puntland administration, which according to him seems to have deviated from the pillars and foundations of the administration.
The minister stressed that he can never accept that Puntland is blocked for personal interests and a wrong policy that divides the society.
Ali Hoosh noted that the government of Somalia has made great progress in many aspects, and it is necessary for Puntland to become a political leader that contributes to the unity and unity of the nation.
