The Prime Minister of Ethiopia, Abiy Ahmed and a delegation led by him reached Godey in the Somali Regional Government today.
The Prime Minister is said to have come to Godey to inspect various projects in the Shabelle region and some of them have been completed, such as the West Godey irrigation project which was renovated and renovated by the Federal Government of Ethiopia.
Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed has announced the closure of the West Godey irrigation project in Beerano District, which cost about 3 billion Ethiopian Birr. up to 3 thousand Hectares, the most important things planted in that land include millet, wheat, corn, and various kinds of vegetables.
No other details have been found on Abiy Ahmed’s visit to the Somali Regional Government, especially in Godey, where he stayed earlier today, while other reports we are getting say that Abiy Ahmed is expected to arrive in Jigjiga town later today.
