The Speaker of the People’s Assembly Sheikh Adan Mohamed Noor (Madobobe) last night held a meeting with the Independent Commission for National Elections and Borders in his office, where Adan Madobe heard a report from the Committee.
The Chairman of the Committee, Abdikarin Ahmed Hassan, explained to the Chairman of the House of Representatives the functions of the committee, especially the things that have been done since it was appointed, as well as the plans that have been put in place so that this country can achieve a People’s Choice and Voice.
The Speaker of the People’s Assembly, Adan Madobe, praised the members of the committee for their hard work for the nation, and told the members of the committee that the Somali people are waiting for the country to implement an election of people and votes so that the Somali people can vote for the leadership of the country.
The Speaker of the People’s Assembly, Sheikh Adan Madobe, has finally urged the members of the Independent Commission for National Elections and Borders to speed up the work assigned to them.
In the short term of the Federal Government, the committee is required to implement the elections in all the regions of the country, and there are heavy tasks in front of them even though they are facing opposition from some of the politicians who are in opposition to the regime of President Hassan Sheikh.
