A large delegation led by the chief of the Hawadle clans, Ugas Yusuf Ugas Hassan Ugas Khalif, was welcomed today in Halgan district of Hiran region.
The delegation of the leaders of the Hawadle clans included various sections of the society such as traditional elders, scholars, youths, women, businessmen, who started from today’s barangay in Bula Burte district where the leader was in the past few days.
The Chief and his delegation were escorted to a special place prepared in Halgan city after receiving a high-priced reception, and pictures taken from his reception showed that there was no shortage of welcome for the Chief and his delegation.
Halgan district officials who spoke briefly to the media said that they are very happy with the welcome given by the people of Halgan, Ugas Yusuf Ugas Hassan, who is expected to be sent to Aano Shubo tomorrow, Monday, the 13th of May. Dara Ugas is located on the outskirts of Halgan district.
However, hundreds of people and a large number of soldiers who want to participate in the inauguration of Ugasa left the cities of Baledweyne, Bulaburte, Jalalaqsi, Mahaas and Matabaan, all of which are districts of Hiran region.
