The government of Somalia has prohibited government agencies from holding meetings between different levels of government agencies outside the country.
This decision was announced at the meeting of the Somali Cabinet chaired by the Prime Minister of Somalia, Hamse Abdi Barre.
This is the second time in a year that the government has made this statement.
