The Djibouti troops who are part of the African Union’s ATMIS mission operating in the Hiran region today left their positions in the administrative centers of the region and Baledweyne district.
The Djibouti forces have been in the positions they moved from today for a long time, more than 10 years, and were protecting the security of Hiran region and Baledweyne district.
It is not yet officially known why the Djibouti army moved from their positions in the center of Baledweyne, the capital of Hiran region.
According to recent reports, the army of Djibouti has moved from Djibouti due to a large number of armed forces from Hirshabelle and Hiran State.
