The leader of SSC Khatumo Abdiqadir Aw Ali Firdhiye, said that the Djibouti conference seems to unite Somaliland and Somalia.
Firdhiye, who spoke to the public in a public place, said that he is hopeful that the Djibouti conference will be the key to the reunification of Somaliland and Somalia.
“I hope this conference will be the one that will open the unity of Somalia, and the separatist group will give up their old ideas,” said Leader Firdhir.
He said that the Minister of Internal Affairs of Somaliland who signed the agreement on the part of Somaliland proves that Somaliland is committed to unity.
Garad Jama Garad Ali, who accompanied the leader Firdhiye in the square, said that the Djibouti meeting seemed to unite Somaliland and Somalia, as they were approached to discuss the issues of destiny.
Somaliland and Somalia have agreed to continue the talks and to implement all the agreements made by both sides in the last ten years.
