The Prime Minister of Somalia announced this at a meeting to present the progress and achievements in public security in the capital city of Mogadishu, which was organized by the administration of Banadir region, and was attended by officials from government councils, military officers, leaders of Banadir region. , scholars, traditional elders and women.
Hamse Abdi Barre also said that progress cannot be made in the government if security is not fully ensured, and he called on the different sections of the Mogadishu community to play their part in eliminating Al-Shabaab from Mogadishu and the country as a whole.
The Prime Minister commended the security agencies and the administration of Banadir region for their efforts and cooperation, noting that the country is currently at an important stage where the world will evaluate the steps taken by the federal government as the arms embargo has been lifted and the debt has been reduced.
