The president of the Hiran State administration, Ali Jeyte Osman, issued a circular appointing new members of the Hiran State administration.
The circular from the office of President Ali Jeyte Osman appointed the governors of Hiran region and a new region which he named Upper Shabelle.
The governor of Hiraan region of Hiraan State administration has been appointed Abdazis Ahmed Adoow known as Jaburi, while the governor of Upper Shabelle region has been appointed Abdaladhief Farah Adan.
President Jeyte has also issued a decree appointing Suleiman Gedi Ibrahim as the commander of the Darwish army in Hiran State administration, while the deputy commander of the Darwish army is Abdullahi Mohamed Farah Biriq, while the logistics commander of the Darwish army is named Afrax Ali Hassan Afrax Yare.
The new members of the Hiraan State administration that have been appointed are also the Speaker of the Hiraan state administration, who has been appointed Mohamud Mohamed Saxane.
There is still no news from the Hirshabelle administration regarding this appointment made by Ali Jeyte Osman who said that he is the president of the Hiran State administration and is independent from the Hirshabelle administration.
