The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Federal Government of Somalia, Abshir Omar Haruse, has officially announced that he has resigned from his post and submitted his letter of resignation to Prime Minister Hamse Abdi Barre.
Minister Abshir Omar Haruuse said the reason he resigned from his position is to get time and independence for the election of the president of the Puntland state which he is nominated for.
