The Prime Minister of the Federal Government of Somalia, Hamse Abdi Barre, said that the country needs the completion of the Constitution, so that the government can become a full government.
The prime minister also pointed out that the parts of the country’s constitution are not complete for proper governance, and there is a need to complete the country’s constitution.
“A government whose constitution is not complete cannot be a government. We need to complete the constitution so that we can become a complete government,” said Prime Minister Hamse Abdi Barre.
The Prime Minister made this statement while speaking today at a conference on the important role of Somali scholars in peace and reconciliation, which he opened today in Mogadishu, asking Somali scholars to participate in the completion of the country’s constitution. .
However, the federal government of Somalia has recently been making more efforts to remove parts of the country’s constitution.
