The Prime Minister of the Federal Government of Somalia, Hamse Abdi Barre, who delivered a multi-faceted speech at an event to thank the committee that worked on the country’s Independence Day celebrations, spoke strongly about the issues of security, corruption and disputes in some regions of the country.

The Prime Minister spoke about the conflict and the serious tension that resulted from the removal of the governor of Hiran region, Ali Jeyte Osman, and the renewed communal conflict in Hiran and Middle Shabelle.

Hamse Abdi Barre noted that the conflict between the Somali people is of great interest to the enemies of Somalia, and there is a need to protect the kinship and brotherhood of the Somali people, and he called for an immediate solution to the conflict in Hiran.

“We want Hiran and we also call for kinship, brotherhood, stability, mutual understanding and all political matters to be completed on the table. Hiran is the leader of the sanctification and re-election of the regions of the country, it is a region that we refer to as a symbol of courage and honor forever” he said. said Prime Minister Hamse Abdi Barre.

He also said that the Hiran region is the leader in the operation of the Al-Shabaab group in most regions of the country, and it is necessary for the leaders and people of that region to protect the honor and courage shown in other regions of the country.

Finally, Prime Minister Hamsa pointed out that the Somali people are tired of conflict and gun violence, and called for cooperation to end the current conflicts in the regions of Gedo, Puntland, Hiran, Lasakano and South-West.
