It has been two years since the disappearance of Ikraan Tahleel Farah, who was an officer of the National Security and Intelligence Agency, NISA, who was later abducted and killed by Al-Shabaab.
When she disappeared, on June 26, 2021, she was working in the cyber security department of NISA.
Qali Guhaad, the mother of Ikraan Tahleel Farah, said in an interview that she has not yet received justice for her daughter. She said no one has yet spoken about her daughter’s case.
This mother asked President Hassan Sheikh to search for her daughter and tell her where she is.
Qali Guhaad said that many politicians who promised to support her, when they were in office, remained silent about her daughter’s case.
President Hassan Sheikh and NISA security chief, Mahad Salad, were among the politicians who spoke about the Ikraan Tahleel case, accusing the former NISA chief, Fahad Yassin.
Ever since President Hassan Sheikh became the country’s president, his government has never discussed the Ikraan Tahleel case. So is the NISA commander.
