Speaker Abdi Mohamed Abdirahman said that they have changed the constitution, which has led to the change from the name of a regional state to the Jubbaland state.
“You know, the constitution has removed the regional state from the Federal Government. The parliament is sitting, we have removed the members, and now it is the Jubbaland election,” said the Speaker of the Jubbaland State Parliament, Abdi Mohamed Abdirahman.
