The Prime Minister of Somalia, Hamse Abdi Barre, has inaugurated three roads that have been implemented in Mogadishu, which are located in the districts of Garsbaale, Waberi and Hamar Jajab, Karaan and Abdicasis.
The prime minister also laid a stone on a road connecting the fire to Bakara intersection.
Mogadishu Mayor Yusuf Hussein Jimale (Madaale), members of the Banadir regional administration and the local people participated in the ceremony of cutting off the cordon from these streets.
Prime Minister Barre said that these roads were built with taxes collected from the residents of G/Banadir, who are part of the initiative “Build your country with one dollar” which is the development plan of Mogadishu.
He urged the district administration and the public to protect the economic infrastructure of the district and cooperate with the security forces to deal with the threats that may come from the Al-Shabaab group.
