Abdulkadir revealed that the agreement signed in Ankara by President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud and Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed ended their disagreement, they consider the agreement to be ambiguous and unreliable in Ethiopia.
He said, “There was no agreement between the Eritrean government and Somalia. The last agreement between Somalia, Eritrea and Egypt was to protect Somalia from Ethiopia, which has invaded Somalia’s waters.” said Abdulqadir Idris, who is an adviser to the Eritrean Ministry of Foreign Affairs, who advises on Somalia.
This adviser noted that he never expected the Somali government to enter into such an agreement, he noted that they will consider the relationship between Somalia if it agrees to provide water passage to the Ethiopian government, which he said is a threat to stability and public security. in Eritrea.
He ruled out that there are no troops to be sent to Somalia apart from providing training and advice to the Somali National Army, he noted that the country has been under sanctions for 20 years only for being accused of supporting terrorist groups in Somalia.
