The Minister of Fisheries and Blue Economy of Somalia, Ahmed Hassan Adan, is on an official visit to Ankara, Turkey.
The Minister of Fisheries and Blue Economy and his delegation presented the official plan for the development of Somalia’s fisheries and investment opportunities designed to benefit the two friendly countries.
On the other hand, the Minister of Agriculture of Turkey welcomed this plan, suggesting that it be implemented quickly and saying that they are giving priority to both countries and it is something that they can benefit from together.
The Minister of Fisheries of Somalia and the Minister of Agriculture of Turkey have recently appointed two committees to speed up this work led by the two Directors General of the two ministries, and the members are scholars and experts from both sides.
The Minister of Fisheries of Somalia said that all these issues lead to profit from the exploitation of fish in the waters of Somalia and they are welcoming everyone who invests.
