The Banadir Regional Court sentenced 7 Tiktoore youths to 6 months imprisonment each.
After the trial ended, the defendants consisted of nine girls, 7 of them were sentenced to six months in prison, while two of them were released by the court.
The judges were found guilty of public incitement, inciting civil war and spreading immoral practices.
The people who have been sentenced and are famous girls in the social media are; Siham analysis, Nashaad nala, Sadiyo galmudug, Iftin model, Anjal and Farhiyo Zoona.
The government of Somalia tried last year to ban the use of TikTok. His ban was the result of complaints from young people who depended on Tiktok for income.
