The Puntland Police has arrested the suspect Mohamed Abshir Muse who is believed to have killed the Vice Chancellor of Administration and Finance of the University of East Africa Khalid Ali Khalid Awmuse in Bosaso.
The fugitive suspect was arrested in the Durduri area under Bosaso city, and the traditional elders of the area assisted in his arrest.
The accused will be brought before the court.
The suspect was an employee of the financial office of the University of East Africa in Bosaso, before he was arrested for financial fraud.
He was working under the deceased who is believed to have killed him three days ago.
