The leader of the Hamas political movement, Ismail Haniyah, was killed early this morning in the city of Tehran, Iran, where he was participating in the inauguration ceremony of the new president of the country.
The death of Ismail Haniyah was broadcasted on the Iranian News Agency, and minutes after the broadcast, millions of people reacted to the killing of Leader Ismail Haniyah in different ways.
The death of this leader was also confirmed by a news from the Hamas movement, which said that the death of the political leader of that organization is behind the Zionist enemy of Palestine who targeted his house in Tehran.
No one has yet claimed responsibility for the killing of Ismail Haniyah. Israel had previously threatened to kill Ismail Haniyah, whose family members were recently killed in Israel’s attacks in Gaza City.
This leader left Gaza City in Palestine in 2019, and since then has been a political asylum in Qatar.
Finally, this leader who was killed was born in Al-Shati Camp on January 29, 1962, and served as Prime Minister from 29-Masro 2006 to 2- June 2014, and his death was condoled by the President of Palestine, Mahmoud Abbas described the killing of Haniyah as a serious act of cowardice.
