The total number of Garowe local council is 33 members, 9 of them are women.
The Kaah party, which has the most votes in 12 seats, needs 5 seats to win the mayor of Garowe district. It was already expected that he will get more votes than he currently has.
In the districts of Godob Jiraan and Dangorayo, the parties Kaah, Horseed and Sincad received close votes. It will appear that the Kaah party will form an alliance with these parties.
