It has been confirmed that two children died in the heavy rain that fell in the last 24 hours in Mogadishu for 10 consecutive hours.
This rain, which was the strongest that has fallen in recent times in Mogadishu, has caused losses including death, injuries, destruction of houses and important roads.
The spokesperson of the Banadir regional administration, Salah Dheere, confirmed to the media that yesterday’s rain in Mogadishu caused the death of two children, after the news in some districts of the Banadir region.
“The rain that fell in the last 24 hours in the districts of Mogadishu killed 2 children and one is in critical condition. The roads connecting the fire and Bakara, Imagareshin and Sheikh Ali Sufi were also destroyed. were roads built in 2016 and 2018,” said Spokesman Saleh Dheere.
However, the rain that fell in Mogadishu in the last 24 hours is still being felt in all the districts of Banadir region.
