The meeting of the National Consultative Council which is going on for the third day in a row at the headquarters of the Somali Presidency, today a report was heard from the Ministry of Defense of Somalia and the command of the country’s armed forces.
The spokesman of the president of the federal government of Somalia, Abdirahman Khudeyfi, said that the command of the country’s armed forces presented to the chief the plan for the liberation of the country and the successes achieved in the first phase of the operation to liberate the Al-Shabaab group in many areas of Hirshabeelle and Galmudug administrations.
“In the third day of the National Conference, important reports were heard from the Army Command, and the leaders’ meeting was about the general security of the country and the end of the Kharijite group, and it is expected that this afternoon the results of the meeting will be produced regarding the matters of the leaders. discussed during the three-day period,” said Presidential Spokesperson Abdirahman Hudayfi.
The National Consultative Conference between the leaders of the Federal Government, those of the regional governments of the country and the Banadir region is not a part of the Puntland administration which has already boycotted the participation of the National Consultative Council meetings.
