Minister Fiqi said that an investigation carried out by the security agencies of the Somali government revealed that people who wear tribal turbans, who belong to or work with the Al-Shabaab group are clearly behind the instigation of the war.

“Men wearing tribal shirts who are thought to be working for the interest of the tribe, but it is certain that they are Shabaab and the security agencies have investigated them and found that they belong to the Khawarij and they are giving them weapons and money to fuel the conflict. failed,” said Minister Ahmed Macalin Fiqi.

He also said that Minister Fiqi that on different occasions an agreement has been made between some clans, but the agreements have not been changed in a short time and the clan wars have started again.

“In the tribal war that was going on in the Middle Shabelle, you know that the president of the federal government, Hassan Sheikh Mohamud, made an agreement, and when he left, the tribal war broke out again. However, the 7th president of the interim government, Sharif Sheikh Ahmed, went and made an agreement between them. , when he left, the war started again, so all this proves that the Shabaab is behind the tribal war,” said the Minister of Interior, Ahmed Macalin Fiqi.
