The Speaker of the Puntland Parliament Abwaan Abdirashid Yusuf Jibril has accused the federal senators and parliamentarians in Garowe of being behind the instigation and organization of the recent war in Garowe.
The speaker of the parliament said that they have enough evidence to show that, he specifically blamed the 2nd deputy speaker of the upper house, Abdullahi Ali Hirsi Timacadde.
Governor Abwan Abdirashid accused Senator Timacadde and his friends of working for Somaliland to recapture the city of Lasaanood, saying that they are promoting the struggle of SSC.
He also said that Villa Somalia is talking among the Senators and they are working on the opinion of President Hassan Sheikh about the Puntland elections.
“Those who are working to destabilize the capital and insecurity in Puntland, we recognize them as supporters of Muse Bihi and the enemy of SNM who invaded our country,” said the governor.
It was recently when the second deputy speaker of the upper house accused the Puntland parliamentary committee of being responsible for the war that took place in Garowe, saying that it was a mistake to hasten the opening of the constitution.
