The President of Jubbaland regional administration Ahmed Mohamed Islam, Ahmed Madobe held a special meeting in Mogadishu with some of the cultural leaders of Sool, Sanaag and Eyn regions who were in Mogadishu in the past few days.
President Ahmed Madobe listened to the traditional wisdom of the regions of Sool, Sanaag and Eyn on their views on finding a solution to the problem of the city of Lasanood, the capital of Sool region, and urged Isimada to play their part in the peace and stability of the local community.
The cultural intellectuals thanked the President of Jubbaland for the meeting and the good reception he gave them.
Isimada presented to the President of Jubbaland their views on the situation in Lasaanood and the life challenges faced by the local people, which resulted from the ongoing war in Lasaanood.
The intelligence officers from Sool, Sanaag and Eyn regions who arrived in Mogadishu on the 28th of last month are still holding separate meetings in Mogadishu with the leaders of the country, who are on to deal with the situation in Sool region.
