The officials discussed the agenda of a meeting to be held in the next few hours in Mogadishu, where President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud has invited for a consultation meeting.
“We gathered tonight for a consultation meeting to discuss tomorrow’s meeting in Mogadishu. We thank the President of DFS Mr. Hassan Sheikh Mohamud who laid the groundwork. We hope that the meeting will be fruitful,” said former President Sheikh Sharif Sheikh Ahmed. .
The conference which is expected to open soon today, the two sides will discuss the decisions made in May by the leaders of the National Consultative Council regarding the country’s elections.
