Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed held talks with his counterpart, Italian Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni and the President of Somalia, Hassan Sheikh Mohamud.
Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed’s meeting with the leaders of the two countries was about how to strengthen the tripartite cooperation.
The leaders also discussed how to strengthen their cooperation in the field of economic infrastructure.
Abiy wrote on his Facebook page: “The tripartite dialogue we had today with Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni and President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud was fruitful and there were promises to strengthen cooperation and investment in development. infrastructure as well as private Italian business investment in both Ethiopia and Somalia.”
