President Hassan Sheikh presented to the security agencies how the attack happened, how to defend against Al-Shabaab’s plot, and how to help the people who suffered.
The President sent his condolences to all the families and relatives of the martyrs who died in the attack on Lido Beach, and wished the injured a speedy recovery.
Hassan Sheikh pointed out that the success of the war against Shabaab depends on the support and cooperation of the Somali people. He called on the people to cooperate with the security agencies and to unite to eradicate what he called Khawarij from the country.
“Somali people, brothers and sisters of the Khawarij terrorists, they do not like the people and the government, and we are all enemies with their blood. Unite for their elimination, support the National Army and report those who are hiding among you,” said the president.
The President noted that the Al-Shabaab want to terrorize the Somali people with such attacks, and they are hiding the opening of the war, and he instructed the country’s security agencies to pay more attention to the attacks that harm the Somali people.
