The Supreme Court of the armed forces has today sentenced to death the commander of the police station in Huriwa district, Ex Dhamme Abdifatah Mohamed Hassan Qoslaye and Ex Dable Bol. Mohamed Abdi Mohamed Qone, that judgment is the story of the late Abukar Ahmed Kabah.
The Supreme Court of the Armed Forces of Sidda has accepted the verdict of the First Degree Court of the Armed Forces of Sidda, and said that the accused are guilty of the crimes they were charged with.
Also, the court sentenced Liban Mohamed Ahmed, who is absent, to life imprisonment, while Mohamed Adawe Ali, Yasin Abdi Jama and Hassan Mohamed Saeed (Dhin-Dhin) were each sentenced to seven years in military prison.
This verdict was announced by Brigadier General Liban Ali Yarow, the Chairman of the Supreme Court of the Armed Forces.
These judges are held for the murder, kidnapping and robbery of businessman Abukar Ahmed Kaabah, in the two months of February this year.
