The forces of the federal government of Somalia and the local people who have been conducting operations against the Al-Shabaab group in the areas under the city of Eeldheer for the past two days have exposed the bodies of the leading members of the Al-Shabaab who attacked Eeldheer on Saturday.
The Ministry of Information of the Federal Government of Somalia said in a statement that the bodies of 10 members of Al-Shabaab who attacked the Eeldheer district on Saturday were found in the vicinity of that district.
The news from the Ministry of Information of Somalia also said that the joint forces have captured the lives of members of Al-Shabaab, after several hours of operations carried out by the forces in the area of Eeldheer district in Galgaduud region.
Finally, in the battle that took place in the town of Eeldheer last Saturday, the government said that it killed 47 members of the Al-Shabaab group that attacked Eeldheer, while the government killed 5 soldiers.
