More reports are coming out of an attack that caused loss of life and injuries that took place last night near Eel Baraf area in the Middle Shabelle region.
The attack was carried out by armed community militias against Danab troops who reportedly left Jowhar town and headed for Hiraan region.
Danab forces and the militias who attacked the group have been fighting for a short time and according to reports, there have been casualties on both sides, although it is not officially known how much the loss is.
The attack by the armed militias against the army is believed to be based on tribalism, as the armed forces were on leave and were heading to the Hiran region where they are from.
This step, which is one of the first in the wars based on clans, comes at the same time, as in the past months, clan wars that caused a lot of casualties took place in areas located on the border of Hiran and the Middle Shabelle.
