President Hassan Sheikh has also warned the armed forces against the use of drugs, noting that the soldiers who are going to Turkey for training is one of the criteria for being selected that they do not have any drugs.
“The condition that has been mentioned to you is that you do not have an addiction, and the man who has it leaves and enters this place by mistake. Addiction is a disease for yourself, your hygiene and your family. Addiction is what kills the army, the soldiers who are going to train. whoever is seen as an addict will leave,” said President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud.
Hassan Sheikh Mohamud also urged the army to maintain order so that they can be a powerful force that can defend itself against anything.
“An army without order is not a useful army, even if they have the biggest weapons and tanks, so I urge you to have order, which is the best thing that gives power to the army,” said President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud.
