The countries of Qatar and Kuwait have issued directives to the United States, which state that the American warplanes are not allowed to use the air bases of these Arab countries to attack Iran.
Not only have US warplanes been banned from using military bases, but Qatar and Kuwait have also banned their airspace from being used for any military action against Iran.
This decision greatly limits Washington’s ability to carry out attacks against Tehran.
Qatar and Kuwait, which border Iran, have stressed their position of neutrality and want to avoid any conflict in the region.
The United States has stationed its military aircraft at Ali Al Salem Air Base and Ahmed Al Jaber Air Base in Kuwait, and Al Udeid Air Force Base in Qatar, which is the largest American air base in the Middle East.
Reports indicate that several Arab countries have decided to limit the US warplanes from carrying out airstrikes against Iran.
